Bellows Assemblies / Compensators
These are completely sealed units containing the heart of the Expansion Joint the convolutions / bellows assembled in numerous ways with different types of end connections for various applications.

Type are Axial, Universal, Gimbal, Hinged, Pressure balanced, jacketed, Externally pressurised etc. The type of the expansion joint is selected on the basis of the specific requirements of the customer's applications. The design and manufacturing of the individual expansion joint is done with reference to EJMA (Expansion joints Manufacturer's Association of USA) and related ASME / ASTM standards.

Construction
Bellows are formed by roll forming process under the most exacting process control in specially  designed and constructed machines from tubes formed from selected cold rolled sheet, which is longitudinally butt welded by special welding techniques. Roll formed bellows have significant life advantaged, because of controlled work hardening during forming in stages and permits no points of high stress concentration.

0.2 mm minimum for single ply construction.

Inside diameter
40 mm minimum to 3500 mm maximum. For Rectangular and square bellows, there is no size limitation. Capacity for  other sizes are under development.

Presure range
From full Vacuum to 200 Kg/Cm²g.

Temperature range
From (-) 200ºC for cryogenic applications to (+) 1200ºC (with refractory lining) for high temperature application.
